submitted by Nicholas P. - |Recommended: YesBeautiful Property, Great Staff, Nice Community, Awesome Location — We thoroughly enjoy living in Baytowne Apartments. It is very safe and family friendly. There is a good 1 mile walk way were we go about biking walking. The pond is good for fishing bass and during warmer weather, the tennis courts and volleyball courts are active with really nice residents. Maintenance is responsive and we are close to all the essentials Costco, groceries, etc . We are not far from any public parks and the medical facilities we use is within a very reasonable drive. The highway artery is very close so we can get anywhere in a pinch. We love this place and intend to stay for a good while.
