It is very safe and family friendly. There is a good 1 mile walk way were we go about biking walking. The pond is good for fishing bass and during warmer weather, the tennis courts and volleyball courts are active with really nice residents. Maintenance is responsive and we are close to all the essentials Costco, groceries, etc . We are not far from any public parks and the medical facilities we use is within a very reasonable drive. The highway artery is very close so we can get anywhere in a pinch. We love this place and intend to stay for a good while.

Pet Policy

We are a Cat and Dog (maximum weight 75 lbs full grown) friendly community. We require a Pet Profile to be completed along with a Pet Agreement and the appropriate fees to be paid BEFORE bringing your pet to their new apartment home. There is a one-time NON-Refundable pet fee of $200.00 per pet plus Pet Rent is an additional ($20.00) per month per pet that is 35 pounds and under and an additional ($30.00) per month for Dogs over 35 pounds and up to 75 pounds with a maximum of two (2) pets per apartment.
