|Recommended: YesOne of the best places you can live in in CU — I’ve been living at Baytowne for 2 years, and will be renewing for my third. Very happy here The only real problem I can think of is that the building interiors don’t get cleaned that often, but other than that everything is perfect The maintenance is very timely and the maintenance staff is very friendly and helpful. The leasing staff are all nice and such a joy to work with. The property manager Diana is one of the friendliest managers I have worked with here in CU Love this place and would certainly recommend it for everyone

|Recommended: YesLove Baytowne — The staff here is amazing The gate guards are friendly and always wave to you, the office staff are always available to help you out, the maintenance crew are fast and friendly, and the grounds-keepers do a fantastic job keeping everything looking nice

I feel very safe here and especially enjoy being able to walk around the lake and I look forward to being able to meet more people after the Covid virus is under control. I downsized from a 3 bedroom home and I'm really enjoying living in my new apartment. It is beautiful. Nancy Wagner

|Recommended: YesScenic view feelings of safety and community — The sidewalk around the lake is nice, convenient and scenic. Feeling of safety with it being completely fenced and the 24 7 365 guard and gated entrance at front. There is a feeling of community.
