|Recommended: YesNice place to live for young professionals — Nice apartments and quiet area to live after work is done for the day. Maintenance staffs are nice and professional when fixing things. Property management staffs provide excellent communication via email from monthly newsletter with important updates to answering questions.

|Recommended: YesLiving at baytowne — We love living at Baytowne apartments. The community is secured, quiet and so much to offer like it's amenities Jogging path, swimming pool, gym, recreational areas. No complaint at all. The management staff are approachable and always ready to help. Maintenance staff are doing such a great job in maintaining the community cleanliness. Though we find that garage are limited, still we love to live here.

|Recommended: YesNew Guy — My only thought so far is for the parking lots to be pressure washed. The one outside of 1055 is very slick in some spots when its wet.

|Recommended: YesMy experience living at Baytowne Apartments for 12 2 years. — I loved living in this beautiful setting, and it was better than any other apartment I have had in my past. The people in the management office are outstanding the maintenance crew is on top of any issue and sensitive to any needs it's tenants may need. The security gate attendants are there 24 7, it gives you a sense of comfort knowing they are watching out for you. It is the closest thing to luxury living. Proud to have this opportunity to have experienced such a wonderful place

|Recommended: YesBest apartment forever — This is my first apartment in the United States, and I really like it. The facilities, surrounding infrastructure, and the staff's responsiveness to residents are all excellent. The response to all maintenance requests is very quick, and they provide great feedback. Moreover, it is a very safe and pleasant neighborhood to live in.
|Recommended: YesLife at Baytowne — I've lived here since November 2015 and especially appreciate the office staff and the Maintenance staff all of them for all the years I've been living here --they are always accommodating and pleasant.
Also, in view of the increasing world community danger I think this is the safest place to live.

|Recommended: YesNew resident — So far everything here at Baytowne is good Hate the dog restrictions discrimination on certain breeds because not all dogs are aggressive but I get it I guess maintenance is very timely and answer requests in good time Also it’s quiet I love that 4 5 stars so far Also Mariah is so awesome She’s answers all my questions and so sweet
